Hannah's Story
Hannah was the third wife of Swain Richardson and the only one to bear him any live children.
Her father, Thomas, was a grocer in Cowick and shortly after Swain married Hannah he went to work for his father in law.
Hannah is buried in St. Laurence Priory Church, Snaith, East Yorkshire, along with her parents and her husband Swain. The grave stone can still be seen in the church yard.
